ーフロー開口を設け、そのオーバーフロー開口よ
りオーバーフローした冷媒液をオーバーフロー通
路を経てコンデンサのロアタンクに戻すに際し、
オーバーフロー通路を流れる冷媒液を冷却器によ
り冷却するものにおいて、オーバーフロー通路に
冷却器をバイパスするバイパス通路を設けると共
に、冷媒液を冷却器を通して流す方向とバイパス
通路を通して流す方向とに切換える電磁弁を設け
、またコンデンサで液化され供給ポンプによりエ
ンジンの冷却ジヤケツトに供給される冷媒液の温
度を検出する温度センサーとエンジンの発生熱に
より気化した冷媒蒸気の温度を検出する温度セン
サーとを設け、その温度センサーで検出した冷媒
液温度ＴＷ１および冷媒蒸気温度ＴＷ２が入力さ
れて、冷媒液の沸騰点に近い温度をａ１℃、ＴＷ
２―ＴＷ１をａ２℃、ａ３℃（ただしａ２℃〉ａ
３℃）としたとき、ＴＷ１〈ａ１℃およびＴＷ２
