Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the danger accompanied by cleaning work due to the input in an oil tank by automatically cleaning the oil tank and to enhance the operation efficiency of the oil tank, by removing impurities contained in oil before the sedimentation thereof. CONSTITUTION:Impurities (sludge) are removed before sedimentation while an oil tank 1 is used. That is, a recirculation pump 3, an automatic filter 4, a honeycomb mixer 5, a quantitative pump 6 and an oil heater 10 are respectively operated and a definite amount of an oil dispersant 7 is injected in the oil sent out from the oil tank 1 by the quantitative pump 6 and heated by an oil heater 10. Whereupon, the oil reaching the automatic filter 4 is made easy to receive filtering action and the automatic filter 4 automatically discharges sludge. The filtered oil is passed through the recirculation pump 5 and introduced into the upper part of the oil tank 1 by the honeycomb mixer 5.

In conventional oil tanks, the sludge contained in the oil settles and accumulates, resulting in a decrease in tank capacity, a decrease in quality due to increased viscosity, and a large amount of unusable oil being generated as waste oil. ing. For this reason, cleaning work is carried out at regular intervals, but especially since crude oil contains sand,
The difficult and dangerous removal work, which is difficult and dangerous due to the tar that has hardened with the precipitated tar, is carried out manually. During cleaning work, the oil tank cannot be used, which reduces work efficiency, and the waste oil generated is disposed of, resulting in a large economic loss.

The present invention attempts to remove sludge before it settles while using an oil tank. this,
To explain with reference to the drawings, an autofilter 4, a circulation pump 3, and a honeycomb mixer 5 are installed in parallel through a circulation pipe 2 from a bottom outlet of an oil tank 1, and one end thereof is directly connected to an upper discharge port of the oil tank 1. A storage tank 8 containing an oil dispersant 7 and a metering pump 6 are attached to the middle of a circulation pipe 2 connecting an oil tank 1 and an autofilter 4 via a feed pipe 9, and an oil heater 10 is attached to one side.

Now, when the circulation pump 3, auto filter 4, honeycomb mixer 5, metering pump 6, and oil heater 10 are operated, first, a fixed amount of oil dispersant 7 is applied by the metering pump 6 to the oil sent out from the oil tank 1. It is press-fitted and heated by an oil heater 10. Oil dispersant 7 has the effect of dispersing sludge into ultrafine particles,
Improves liquidity. For this reason, the trace that reaches the auto filter 4 facilitates the filtration action, and the auto filter 4
Automatically discharges sludge. The filtered oil is forced into the upper part of the oil tank 1 by a honeycomb mixer 5 that passes through a circulation pump 3. The honeycomb mixer 5 can make the oil particles smaller and homogenized, and can also make the sludge into finer particles. It seems that the honeycomb mixer manufactured by Tatsumi Kogyo Co., Ltd. is optimal.

Experimental results showed that it was more effective to lower the viscosity of the oil by installing a steam pipe inside the oil tank and passing steam through it. As for oil dispersant 7, it seems that the one manufactured by Organo Co., Ltd. is most suitable.

The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and by performing continuous movement, it is possible to automatically obtain clean oil and also to prevent the generation of waste oil. Moreover, the danger associated with manual cleaning work inside the oil tank can be prevented, and the operating efficiency of the oil tank can also be improved. Also, if this is applied to tankers (oil transport ships), sludge will be removed during the transportation period, and waste oil that was previously disposed of will also be eliminated, making it possible to sell more high-quality oil and cleaning the tanker. Work can be shortened to a short period of time, and operational efficiency can be greatly increased.
