的に接続された信号入／出力用端子が植設された
封止用パツケージを含む弾性表面波装置において

側面部に分配されている ことを特徴とする弾性表面波装置。 (2) 信号入力用端子が底部と側面部に設けられ
ている端子のいずれか一方に集められ、信号出力
用端子が他方に集められていることを特徴とする
