Claims (1)
- 凍結状態にある魚肉等を受け刃と回転刃とによ
つて粉末化する装置において、回転駆動装機構に
連繋された回転軸体と、この回転軸体に軸線に対
して傾斜状態で、かつ、隣り合うものどうしが軸
線方向において部分的に重なり合う間隔をおいて
取り付けられる外周面に多数の鋸歯状切削刃を有
する複数の切削体と、これら切削体の傾斜状態を
維持すべく各切削体と交互に配置されて前記切削
体とともにその外周面から突出しないように前記
回転軸体に取り付けられる複数の隔離体と、から
構成したことを特徴とする凍結魚肉等の粉末化装
置における回転刃。
