When sewing pants, skirts, etc., in order to keep them in place, the upper end, that is, the waist area, must be sewn particularly tightly. Therefore, various inside belt fabrics are used and sewn inside to reinforce the waist area. There is no point in using such inside belt material because it wrinkles or becomes thinner when bending stress is applied in the width direction of the belt due to movements such as bending the upper body. The ground becomes stiff and inelastic.

On the other hand, the shape of the body widens from the waist to the hips, and since there are individual differences in how this spreads, there is a need for flexible materials that conform to the curve of each individual's lower back in order to provide comfort. Ta.

Additionally, some fabrics have great elasticity, such as jersey and knit fabrics, and there are also fabrics that are not elastic, but have elasticity in their designs, such as geared skirts. In such cases, the inside belt material itself has elasticity, and as long as it can pass through even the thickest part of the hipbone, there is no problem in putting it on and taking it off without having openings such as side openings, front openings, and rear openings. In fact, stretchable inside belt fabrics made from woven rubber threads are also used, but even though they are stretchy, they lack tension in the width direction and cannot be used for tight tailoring.

This invention uses monofilament fibers that are rigid and non-stretchable, and through special processing, they have sufficient tension in the width direction, stretchability in the length direction, and flexibility to form a curved surface that follows the body shape. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an inside belt fabric having both the function of adjusting the belt width, and its composition is a ribbon of a constant width made by sequentially folding rigid monofilament fibers, and one side of the ribbon is The side of the ribbon is folded back in the thickness direction of the ribbon, and the folded part is deformed so that the engaging part protrudes in the length direction of the ribbon, and the other side is folded back in the length direction of the ribbon. An optional method, in which two ribbons are provided, the two ribbons are partially overlapped with the engaging part inside, and the overlapped part has the same thickness as one ribbon. It is characterized by forming a belt with a width of .

FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a state in which two ribbons according to the present invention are overlapped to form one inside belt fabric. Reference numeral 1 denotes a ribbon formed by folding monofilament fibers 2, one side of which is a longitudinally folded portion 3 in which the monofilament fibers are folded back in the length direction, and the other side being folded in the thickness direction. This is the folded part 4 in the thickness direction. In the lengthwise folded portion 3, a lengthwise clearance 5 which is slightly wider than that of the monofilament fiber is provided for folding. At the folded part in the thickness direction, a clearance 6 in the thickness direction is provided which is slightly wider than that of the monofilament fiber when folded, and the monofilament fiber is deformed so as to slightly protrude in the length direction to form a protruding engagement part. 7 was established.

Figure 2 is a plan view of the inside belt fabric of the present invention.
FIG. 3 is a side view. Although the monofilament fiber itself does not have stretchability, the ribbon 1 has stretchability in the length direction. The engaging portion 7 slides within the thickness direction clearance 6 of another ribbon and will not come off unless the ribbon is stretched to widen the length direction clearance 5. When two ribbons 1 are overlapped shallowly, a wide inside belt fabric 8 as shown in Fig. 1 is obtained; when overlapped more deeply, it becomes as shown in Fig. 2; It has a narrow inside belt, and the belt width can be adjusted as desired.

Since the inside belt fabric of this invention can expand and contract independently from the other edge,
The curved surface follows the waist comfortably and is comfortable to wear.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a skirt using the inside belt fabric of the present invention. In the case shown in this figure, there was no need for an opening and closing part because the fabric was stretchable.
An opening/closing part such as a side opening or a rear opening may be provided. or,
Although the inside belt fabric 8 is exposed on the back side, it goes without saying that a normal belt attachment method in which the belt itself is wrapped in a cloth and sewn to the upper end of the skirt or pants can also be adopted.

The inside belt fabric of this invention has sufficient tension in the width direction, but one edge can expand and contract regardless of the degree of expansion and contraction of the other edge, so it easily follows the curved surface of the human waist, especially at the low waist hip bone. Suitable for use in mold design.
