開閉板を可動させて粘性流体の移動を制御し、前
記回転板と従動ハウジングとを断続する冷却フア
ンのクラツチ装置において、粘性流体の移動制御
を緩衝するダンパを上記シヤフト又は開閉板に具
備したことを特徴とする冷却フアンのクラツチ装
