【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 筒状の絶縁容器とこの絶縁容器の軸方向両
端部に気密に連結された筒状の金属容器とからな
る真空容器中に絶縁容器により互いに同軸状に絶
縁支持された平板リング状の内縁に丸みを有する
一方の電極ならびに一方の電極の側方に所定の真
空間隙を保持するよう一方の電極側に突出した管
状の電極部を有するフランジ付の他方の電極から
なる一対の加速電極を備えたものにおいて、該加
速電極が固定された前記絶縁容器内壁面の軸方向
の沿面絶縁距離を複数に区分するよう絶縁容器壁
中に埋込まれた埋込電極部および絶縁容器内に露
出したシールド電極部からなるリング状の中間電
位電極と、この中間電位電極ならびに加速電極相
互間に導電接続された分圧抵抗器とを備えたこと
を特徴とする帯電粒子加速器。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のもの
において、中間電位電極が内縁側に丸みを有する
平板リング状に形成されて埋込電極部とシールド
電極部とが一体化形成され、樹脂硬化物からなる
絶縁容器壁中に外周部が一体モールドされて埋込
電極部が形成されるとともに、この埋込電極部の
外周面側に端面が大気中に露出した端子金具が設
けられたことを特徴とする帯電粒子加速器。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第2項記載のもの
において、埋込電極部が樹脂硬化物が充填される
べき軸方向の貫通孔を周方向に分布して複数個備
