Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内壁にサポータを設けると共にこのサポー
タから外周囲に導電路を形成した一対の容器と、 外周端部を上記サポータに導電性接着剤によつ
て接着して保持されると共に板面に形成した電極
を上記導電路を介して外部へ導出した圧電振動子
と、 上記容器の開口端を気密に接着する接着剤とを
具備する圧電振動子の封止構造。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のも
のにおいて、圧電振動子を保持する導電性接着剤
と容器を気密に接着する接着剤とは同じ硬化プロ
グラムで硬化することを特徴とする圧電振動子の
封止構造。
