イン導体にて形成される放射部と、各マイクロス
トリツプライン導体に給電する給電部とを有する
アンテナエレメントを複数個設け、相隣接するア
ンテナエレメントの一方の給電部が他方の放射部
の背面に位置するように適当な誘電体層を介して
