管内の隙間にヘリウムガスを流通させてリード導
体を冷却する電流リードにおいて、複数個のガス
流通孔を有し、熱伝導率の小さい熱容量材の外周
面に、外側に凹凸の突起を備えたリード導体を熱
的・機械的に結合し、これらを前記中空のリード
配管の内部に挿入したことを特徴とする超電導電
