Claims (1)
ンクに連通させた給液路と、この給液路の端末に
備えられたノズルと、前記貯液タンク内の洗浄液
を前記給液路を通り前記ノズルに送るポンプとを
備える洗浄液供給装置において、前記給液路の一
部に洗浄液を加熱する加熱装置を備えることを特
徴とする洗浄液供給装置。 (2) 前記加熱装置は、正特性サーミスタを発熱
源とすることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項に記載の洗浄液供給装置。 (3) 前記正特性サーミスタは、洗浄液を貫流さ
せる貫通孔を有することを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第２項に記載の洗浄液供給装置。 (4) 前記貫通孔は、同一方向に多数個設けられ
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第３
項に記載の洗浄液供給装置。 (5) 前記加熱装置は、前記給液路の一部を構成
する液流通路を有し前記正特性サーミスタに熱結
合された伝熱体を備えることを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載の洗浄液供給装置
。 (6) 前記加熱装置は、前記正特性サーミスタに
熱結合された伝熱体を備え、前記給液路を構成す
る配管を、前記伝熱体に熱結合させたことを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載の洗
