品表面から外方へ突出している成形品の形態例、
第４図ａ及び同図ｂは結合リングやバツクルを取
付けた衣料類のバンドやひもの要部の平面図と側
面図である。 １・２・３は樹脂射出成形品、１０は凹部、１
１ａはゲート切り離しバリ突起、１１はゲート、
１２はランナ、１３はスプル。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 成形時の金型側ゲート部に対応する成形品
    部分が凹部１０となつており、その凹部の深さが
    、成形品の成形後該凹部において成形品とつなが
    つているランナ１１の先端から成形品が切り離さ
    れたとき成形品側に残るゲート先端部切り離しバ
    リ突起１１ａの高さよりも深く設定されている、
    ことを特徴とする樹脂の射出又は移送成形品。 (2) 成形品は、衣料類に取付けられるベルトや
    ひもの結合具・長さ調整部材である、実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載の樹脂の樹脂の射出
    又は移送成形品。
