動回路要素が載置結合された回路基板と、該回路
基板の端子部と上記液晶表示パネルの端子部との
間に介伸されこれ等端子部間の電気的接続を行な
う異方性導電ゴム材と、上記回路基板に接合され
た板体とからなり、 上記板体は上記回路基板の各駆動回路要素に対
応する逃し穴及び回路基板の端子部に対応する切
欠が設けられ、該逃し穴中にモールド樹脂を充填
して駆動回路要素を樹脂モールドすると共に、該
切欠によつて上記導電性ゴムの位置規定を行なう
