ツジにおいて、前記尾栓は内部材が内部中央に仕
切り６１を有し、外周に長手方向の短い縦溝６２
と周溝６３が連結して形成された、一端から他端
まで連通した段階状溝が設けられている内筒体６
であり、外筒体７は一端に端面切欠き７２を設け
た鍔部７１を有し、他端には底部７５を有する円
筒体であり、前記底部外面には底部中央に設けら
れている小孔７４と連通する切欠き７７が設けら
れており、底部内面には中央に前記小孔と連通す
る中空の、前記内筒体の端面から仕切りまでの長
さより短い小円筒７３が内部長手方向に突設され
ており、前記小円筒の周囲の底部内面には小円筒
の外周から放射状に数個のリブ７６が設けられて
おり、前記内筒体６が一端を外筒体７の底部内面
のリブ７６に当接し、他端は外筒体の鍔部７１と
ほぼ面一の状態で外筒体７内に嵌着されてなる尾
