Claims (1)
インキを除去するドクターブレードの上記版面に
対する摺接角度を調節するブレード角度調節装置
であつて、駆動部材に支持軸を介して連結された
支持ブロツクと、上記ドクターブレードが取付け
られ且つ該ブレードの幅方向に延びるピン部材を
介して上記支持ブロツクに揺動可能に連結された
ブレードブラケツトとを有し、且つ該ブレードブ
ラケツトに上記ピン部材を中心とする円孤状の歯
面が設けられていると共に、上記支持ブロツクに
は上記歯面に噛合う位置と、噛合いが解除される
位置とに移動可能とされたラツク部材が備えられ
ていることを特徴とするパツド印刷機のブレード
角度調節装置。 (2) ラツク部材はボルトによつて支持ブロツク
に締め付けられた時にブレードブラケツトの歯面
に噛合い、且つ上記ボルトを弛めた時に支持ブロ
ツクとの間に装着されたスプリングにより上記歯
面との噛合いが解除される位置に押し出されるよ
うになつている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載のパツド印刷機のブレード角度調節装置。 (3) 支持ブロツクにブレードブラケツトを揺動
可能に連結するピン部材の一端にはナツトが螺合
され、該ナツトの締め付けによつてブレードブラ
ケツトが支持ブロツクに固定されるようになつて
いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のパツド
印刷機のブレード角度調節装置。 (4) 支持ブロツクは駆動部材から垂下された支
持軸の下端に螺合されることにより連結され、そ
の螺合量の調節によつて該支持ブロツク及びブレ
ードブラケツトを介してドクターブレードの上下
