成した雌ねじを、前記内筒の下端部の外周面に形
成した雄ねじに螺合し、前記回転筒を一方向へ回
転して前記内筒を前記回転筒側へ引き寄せて前記
閉塞板を前記鍔に押し付けることにより前記閉塞
板と前記鍔の間を密閉し、前記回転筒を他方向へ
回転して前記内筒を押して上げて前記閉塞板の前
記鍔への前記押付力を除去し、かつ、前記内筒を
傾けることにより前記閉塞板と前記鍔の間に隙間
