端部が前記ボウルの下方に突出する剛性の高い材
料からなる回転筒を回転のみを自由に取り付け、
該回転筒の内周面に形成した雌ねじを、前記内筒
の下端部の外周面に形成した雄ねじに螺合し、前
記回転筒を一方向へ回転して前記内筒を前記回転
筒側へ引き寄せて前記閉塞板を前記鍔に押し付け
ることにより前記閉塞板と前記鍔の間に密閉し、
