ムチヤートおよび各垂直走査ごとの映像信号の波
形図、第３図〜第５図は、それぞれ異なつた３つ
の照明条件下で、薬剤カプセルの軸に沿つておこ
なつた１水平走査分の映像信号の波形図、第６図
は従来の照明装置を含めた薬剤カプセル自動外観
検査装置の全体構成を示すブロツク図、第７図は
同じく照明装置の要部平面図、第８図は照明装置
の透過型光拡散部材を示す斜視図、第９図は同じ
く部分遮光部材を示す斜視図である。
符号説明、１Ａ，１Ｂ：ストロボ光源、２：透
過型光拡散円筒、３：ストロボ電源、４：点弧選
択回路、５：点弧同期回路、６：垂直同期信号回
路、７：ＴＶカメラ、８：フレーム・メモリ、９
：画像処理回路、１０：判定回路、２０：カプセ

を対象物の所定位置到達と同期して出力させ得る

において、観測は、ＴＶカメラによる撮像による
