本考案はヘアードライヤーの改良構造に関する
もので特に組立作業性を良好ならしめるものであ

いる。斯る構成のリード線は本体ケースの内壁に
沿つて配線されるものであるが、ややもするとリ
ード線にたるみが生じ、組立時にそのリード線を
左右分割ケースの衝合面に挟み込みリード線を断
線せしめたり或いは本体ケース内においてたるみ
が生じた場合は送風フアンに接触したり又は発熱
ユニツトに接触するなどして思わぬ事故を誘発す

の一実施例を図について説明すると1はヘアード

め該ケース本体4内には電装部品5である発熱ユ
ニツト6と該発熱ユニツトに強制送風せしめる電
動送風ユニツト7と、これらを通電制御せしめる
スイツチ本体8を内蔵せしめ、前記両ユニツト
6,7に通電せしめることで前記ケース本体4の
後方側面に形成した吸込口9より外気を吸引し、
そして前端面に形成した吐出口10より熱風を吐
出するようにしている。前記電動送風ユニツト7
は前記左ケース2の吸込口9近傍に装着せる電動
機11とその回転軸12に軸支せるフアン13と
より構成している。前記発熱ユニツト6は十字形

めその外周部を角筒状の遮熱筒16でもつて包囲
形成したもので、該遮熱筒16の下面壁17には
前記ニクロム線15に接続せるリード片18,1

チ本体8の外形よりも大なる外形を有した平面略
矩形状と成し、表面にはプリント配線20を画き

成したコネクター部21に対し前記発熱ユニツト

吐出口10に沿つて設けられた発熱ユニツト6及
び電動送風ユニツト7に通電された際は前記間隙
部24を通過する風で効率よく冷却され、又発熱
ユニツト6の装着側と反対側に位置せるスイツチ
本体8はこのプリント基板19の冷却により、又
プリント基板19の外形がスイツチ本体8の外形
より大きく形成したことにより、発熱ユニツト6
からの伝導熱及び輻射熱による熱的影響を受ける
ことがなく安価なスイツチを用いることが可能で
