``Prior art'' Conventionally, the method of vacuum-packing the contents inside the container is to heat and press a sheet of polystyrene or the like using a container forming/filling machine, press it with a vacuum, or mold it with vacuum adsorption, and then fill the recesses with the contents. It is also called a batch method where multiple pieces of the contents are placed on one sheet of film, another sheet is placed on top of it, and then another sheet or card is glued on. Then, the contents are vacuum-adhesively molded. There is a method that manually cuts and divides the contents arranged in large numbers, and all of these methods are semi-automatic.These methods automatically vacuum seal the frozen meat in an almost completely frozen state. To mold, how to preheat, etc.
This was done in view of the fact that it is difficult to control other factors such as the thickness of the film, the conveyance speed, and the frozen state of the meat. As for other technical documents related to food products, Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-243303 proposes a vacuum method.

``Problems to be Solved by the Invention'' In this way, conventional methods for packaging irregularly shaped contents such as meat are not automatic and continuous in principle, and are time-consuming and extremely difficult to work with. In particular, there have been problems in that the so-called slicing edges of the frozen meat, etc. sag, making it impossible to package beautifully and causing a decrease in product value. In addition, in the batch method, when cutting and dividing the parallel contents that have been vacuum-adhesively molded,
It is necessary to transport it to the location, which is a difficult task, and there is a risk of damage during transportation, so care and experience are required when handling it. Furthermore, as mentioned above, there were technical problems associated with automation.

"Means for Solving the Problems" In view of the above, the present invention provides a continuous vacuum packing method that can automatically and continuously form the contents in close contact with X-nitrogen. The gist of the package is to supply contents such as frozen meat onto the lower film that is conveyed intermittently, and to intermittently transport the contents toward the destination. When the preheated upper film reaches a predetermined position, the preheated upper film is layered on the lower film to form a sandwich between the upper and lower films, and the lower film is immediately fed in and held by the heated plate that has risen through the belt. At the same time as heating, the chamber is vacuum-adhered to the feeding belt, the contents and the upper and lower films are sealed in the chamber, and the contents are vacuum @bottom-shaped with the upper and lower films, and then the vacuum-adhesive molded package is placed in a cooling zone. After passing through and cooling, the packaged items are sequentially transported through a transporting means, and during this transporting process, they are cut into pieces using a cutter device to create vacuum-bag products.

``Example'' Next, an example of the present invention will be specifically described based on the drawings. First, an example of the device used in the present invention will be explained.
1 is a frame, and on the right side of this frame 1, an intermittent transfer (hereinafter referred to as "intermittent operation") feed conveyor 2 is installed with a Geneva machine board made of stainless steel mesh, etc. , the lower film 4 pulled out from the lower film drum 3 which is axially mounted on the frame l is sequentially and intermittently transferred. Above the tip of the feed conveyor 2, a heater 5 for preheating the upper film is swingably mounted on a frame 1, and a control panel 6 is disposed opposite the heater 5. This control panel 6 has frame 1
The upper film 8 pulled out from the upper film drum 7 mounted on the upper end of the film is intermittently transferred by 5nXi. Reference numeral 10 denotes a lower film feeding belt disposed approximately in the center of the frame 10 and at the tip of the feeding conveyor 2, and one side of the feeding belt 10 (on the right side in the drawing) has a lower film feeding belt 9 that moves up and down. The hot plate 11 for the lower film is moved, and the water pipe 11 is moved on the other side (on the left side in the drawing). The cooling plate 12 in the shape of a rectangular cylinder is sent! The belt 10 is provided over the entire width of the belt 10. Immediately above the hot plate 11, there is a chamber 14 in the form of an inverted box that extends over the entire width of the feeding belt 10 and is sucked by a bomb or the like.
However, cooling air 15 made of cold air nozzles or the like is provided directly above the cooling plate 12. 1G is a chain belt for feeding the upper film, and 017, which is intermittently transferred by a Geneva mechanism, is a first cutter device that moves up and down with an air cylinder installed at a position perpendicular to the direction of movement of the chain belt 16. Package B' being transported
Cut in the lj width direction. A second cutter device 18 is disposed ahead of the first cutter device 17 and is positioned in the same direction as the traveling direction of the chain belt 16. It has a three-blade blade that can be moved and removed. In the figure, reference numeral 19 indicates a feeding device disposed in front of the feeding belt 10.Next, the present invention using this device will be described in detail. When the contents A such as several pieces of meat are fed onto the film 4 by manual means, they are neatly arranged in front (in the direction of the arrow).
When the film is conveyed in the direction K and reaches a predetermined position, the upper film 8 preheated by the heater 5 is superimposed on the lower film 4 and the content A, and when these are stopped (Fig. 3 (I) ), the lower film 4 that has reached the feed belt 10 is gently heated by the rising M plate 11 using the feed belt IO as a buffer, and the feed belt 10 is heated by the heating plate at its upper limit. 11 will push it up slightly. In this state, the chamber 14 is vacuum-tightly attached to the feeding belt 10, and the upper and lower films 8, 4 and the content A are held within the vacuum region, and the content A is brought to the bottom of the vacuum "M" by the upper and lower films 8, 4. It can be molded (see Figure 3 (b)).

Then, as the hot plate 11 descends, the chamber 14 rises and the vacuum-adhesively molded package B is exposed on the conveyor belt 10, and almost at the same time it is conveyed slightly forward until it reaches a predetermined position and stops. . In this case, the following upper and lower films 8,
4 and internal capacity A are being conveyed. The package B is cooled by cooling from below by the beam IJ group L/-412 at the stop position and by cooling from above by blowing the cooling air 15. This rejected package B is conveyed and stopped when it reaches a predetermined position, and is first cut in the width direction by the first cutter device 17, and in the illustrated example, two pieces are cut side by side. In this case, the next package B is stopped and cooled in the cooling zone. The divided package B is then conveyed via the feeding device 19, and when it reaches a predetermined position, the second cutter device 18 cuts both ears and the center part, and the package B is individually divided. Note that the next package B is stopped at the first cutter device 17, and is being cut in the same manner as described above. The packages B that have been individually divided in this way are sequentially transported via the transport device 19 and stored in a container or the like. In this way, with intermittent transfer, each operation is performed at each location during the stop time, and vacuum bag products are automatically and continuously manufactured.

``Effects of the Invention'' Since the present invention has the structure described in detail above, it is possible to automatically and continuously vacuum-contact-form the contents such as frozen meat, and in doing so, the contents of the frozen meat etc. can be formed and packaged beautifully without the sliced edges dripping. This not only makes the packaging more beautiful, but also improves its commercial value. In addition, after forming the contents into a sandwich shape with the upper and lower films, the lower film is immediately fed in, the belt is heated as a buffer, and the upper and lower films are vacuum-adhesively molded, so the contents can be vacuum packaged reliably. The slice cutting edge will not sag on the upper film.

Further, since vacuum adhesion, cooling, and separation are performed simultaneously during the intermittent stop time, the work is reliable and the work setup 9 is smooth. Furthermore, if a cooling zone is provided, it is thought that the adhesion between the upper and lower films and the contents can be improved and the thawing of the contents can be reduced.
