Claims (1)
- 二枚の対向するガラス基板と、該ガラス基板の
対向する夫々の面に設けられた複数の透明電極と
、該透明電極によつて表示されるパターンを除く
平面領域部を遮光するために設けられた遮光膜と
を具備して成る液晶パネルにおいて、一方の前記
ガラス基板上に第１の遮光膜が設けられ、他方の
前記ガラス基板上に前記第１の遮光膜と対応する
第２の遮光膜が設けられ、前記第１および第２の
遮光膜の厚さを夫々０．１５ミクロン以下に形成
することを特徴とする液晶パネル。
