気性がないこととも相俟ち、多数の貫通小孔を容
器表面にあける位置、程度、大きさ等によつて炊
きあがりが左右されるという欠点を有している。
つまり、貫通小孔の個所のみ通気性を有するので
炊きあがりにむらが生じるとともに、米飯とフイ
ルムの間に水滴の膜が生じ、でき上がつた米飯に
べたつきを生ずるという不都合がある。また、袋
容器が釜に接触すると溶着することも生じ得るの
で、そのぶんだけ水を多めに入れておかねばなら
ず、したがつて、米の澱粉質が溶け出して味が落
ちるとともに、複合フイルムなので膨張性が不十
分であつて炊き上がりに必要な膨張圧結状態を維
持することが困難となる。さらにはプラスチツク
材料をラミネートした複合フイルムからなる袋容
器の周囲を熱圧着しているため、炊き上がつた米
飯を容器をはがしてからとり出しにくいという欠
点も指滴されている。

提供することを目的とするものであつて、その要
旨とするところは、通気性をそなえた合成繊維製
のシートを熱圧着して袋容器を形成するととも
に、この袋容器内に所定量の米飯類を封入した炊
飯食品において、前記シートを通気度が130、約
1%以内でアクリル酸エステルを含んだポリエス
テル65%およびポリプロピレン35%から成る合成
繊維製不織布で構成するとともに、前記所定量の
米飯類を封入するにあたり前記袋容器内に膨張ス
ペースを残す一方、前記熱圧着を点線状に圧着
し、この熱圧着部外側の合せ代につまみ部を形成
したことを特徴とする。

代1aにつまみ部4を形成することも有効であ

すだけでまぜごはんの「おにぎり」をつくること
も可能となる。
