(Prior Art) A conventional broiler soaking device includes a passage for moving the broilers transported by a conveyance line in the soaking tank, and communicates the bottom of the passage with a pump installed outside the tank. , a gutter communicating with the pump is provided on the upper side of the moving passage, the hot water in the moving passage is sucked by the pump and sent to the gutter, and the hot water is returned from the gutter to the moving passage to circulate the hot water. There is one in which a flow is created in the hot water in the transfer passageway toward the bottom of the passageway, and the broiler is immersed into the hot water by this flow.

However, in this conventional method, since a pump is used as a means to flow the hot water, a strong flow of hot water is generated in some areas near the pump, and the broiler is strongly drawn in by this flow, causing damage to the feathers in various parts. It was difficult for the hot water to permeate evenly, and in the hot water circulation system, the hot water was led to a pump outside the tank and flowed through a long gutter, resulting in large heat loss.

Therefore, a boiling device disclosed in FIGS. 5 and 6 of Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 129929/1983 was developed and provided. Such a blanching device has a passage for moving the broiler (a blanching tank) in the upper part, and a bath chamber in the lower part that communicates with the boiling water through a boiling hole opened at the bottom of the passage, on both sides of the main body. Pumping pipes are provided at appropriate intervals in the moving direction of the moving passage and communicated with the water reservoir chamber through a pumping port opened at the bottom, and a propeller (boiling water blade) is installed at a lower position in each pumping pipe. At the same time, the upper part of the pumping pipe is communicated with the hot water injection port provided along the entire length at the upper end of both side walls of the moving passage, and the suction (hot water pumping action) of the propeller at the lower part of each pumping pipe is used. The hot water in the hot water tank is pumped up from the outlet.
The hot water is pumped up and flows into the injection pipe through the pumping pipe, jetted diagonally downward from the injection port into the moving passage, and the hot water naturally flows out (falls) from the hot water droplet at the bottom of the passage into the hot water reservoir chamber. The hot water in the moving passage is jetted from the injection port to cause a flow toward the bottom of the passage, and this flow causes the broiler to be immersed in the hot water. This is what I did.

However, in such a conventional method, the broilers that are transported along the entire length of the moving passage float on the hot water surface at appropriate locations in the moving direction of the moving passage, making it impossible to reliably immerse them in the hot water. This has become a big problem in the slaughtering industry for broilers, as this results in a reduction in the blanching effect.

However, in this conventional method, hot water is jetted from an injection port toward the surface of the hot water in the moving passage as a means of causing the entire hot water in the moving passage to flow toward the bottom of the passage, that is, to cause a flow effect. It is an indirect method that is generated indirectly by force, and the jet injection force near the insertion part where the upper part of each pumping pipe is communicated is strong due to the distance from the propeller and the location at the exit of the pumping pipe. The hot water is jetted with a constant jet jetting force from the jetting ports on both sides that are long and thin over the entire length of the moving passage in the moving direction, such that the jetting force gradually decreases as the distance from the communication part increases. As a result, it is not possible to generate sufficient flow action to reliably immerse the broiler in the hot water over the entire length of the moving passage in the moving direction, which is a major cause of the above-mentioned problems.

(Technical problem to be solved by the invention) The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to ensure that the broiler is immersed in hot water over the entire length of the moving passage in which the broiler is immersed in the conveyance line. To provide a hot water soaking device capable of causing a necessary and sufficient flow action and also capable of circulating hot water without causing a change in circulating flow pressure in a circulation system path.

"Structure of the invention" (Means for solving the technical problems) The technical means taken by the present invention to solve the above problems is to provide a passage for moving the broilers transported by a transport line in the soaking tank. The width of the passage is slightly wider than the size of the broiler, and a propeller chamber is provided at the lower part of one side in the direction of movement of this passage for communication through a conduit. Propellers having approximately the same diameter are installed, and overflow tanks are defined adjacent to the left and right sides of the passageway, each spanning the entire length of the passageway in the direction of movement and having a width approximately half the width of the passageway. and both overflow tanks are communicated with the propeller chamber.

(Function) According to the above configuration, the hot water in the transfer passageway in which the broilers are conveyed by the conveyance line in the soaking tank is transferred to the propeller chamber at the bottom of one side of the transfer passageway in the direction of movement by the rotation of the propeller. From the same chamber, it is dispersed and flowed into overflow tanks on both the left and right sides, which are formed with a width of about half the width of the passage, spanning the entire length of the passage in the direction of movement, and overflows from both overflow vessels. It is circulated back into the transfer passage. This causes a falling (flowing) effect of the hot water overflowing from the overflow tanks on both sides to the entire length of the moving passage in a constant amount and returning to the propeller room at the bottom of one side of the passage. The broiler is reliably drawn into the hot water over the entire length of the moving passage in the direction of movement, and immersed in the hot water by causing a flow action toward the bottom of the passage.

The soaking device of this embodiment as described above drives and rotates the propellers 3 while the soaking tank A is filled with hot water, so that the entire hot water in each moving passage 1 is directed to one side of the passage 1. It is sucked and flowed into each propeller chamber 2 at the bottom. The hot water flows smoothly into the propeller chamber 2 by the guide function of the inclined surface 1a at the bottom of the moving passage 1. The hot water flowing into each propeller chamber 2 is dispersed and flowed into adjacent overflow tanks 4 on both left and right sides, respectively.
It overflows and returns into the transfer passage 1 and communication passages 5 and 6.

Therefore, each movement passage 1 in the soaking tank A
The hot water filled in the interior is dispersed and flowed from the propeller chamber 2 at the lower part of one side of each passage 1 into each overflow tank 4 on both the left and right sides of each passage 1, and overflows from the tank 4 to transfer to the transfer passage 1. The hot water is returned to the inside and the communication passages 5 and 6 through a circulation system, and there is a change in the circulation flow pressure in the middle of the circulation system, that is, a strong flow pressure that disturbs the smooth circulation of the hot water. so that it does not occur in the middle of the movement passage 1.
A constant amount of water is overflowed from the overflow tanks 4 on both sides to the entire length of the transfer passage 1 in the moving direction and the communication passages 5 and 6 without causing any change in circulating fluid pressure that would disturb the flow of hot water toward the bottom of the tank. To ensure that the broiler B heading towards the bottom of the passage 1 is drawn into the hot water and immersed therein by the falling (flowing down) action of the returned hot water and the suction action of the hot water being sucked into the propeller chamber 2 at the lower part of one side of the passage 1. A necessary and sufficient fluid action is caused uniformly over the entire length of the moving passage 1 in the moving direction, and the broiler B conveyed by the conveying line L is reliably immersed in the hot water over the entire length of the moving passage 1 in the moving direction. This is what I did to get it.

The hot water filled in the transfer passage in the pickling tank is passed from the same chamber through a propeller chamber provided at the lower part of one side of the passage, adjacent to both left and right sides of the transfer passage, and extending over the entire length of the passage in the moving direction. The hot water is distributed and flowed into overflow tanks on both sides formed with a width of about half of the width of the passage, and the hot water is circulated through a circulation system path for overflowing from both tanks and returning it back into the transfer passage. Therefore, it is possible to generate a necessary and sufficient flow action in a stable and uniform state over the entire length of the moving passage in the direction of movement, so that the broiler facing the bottom of the passage can be reliably immersed in the hot water.
Therefore, the broiler transported by the transport line can be pulled into the hot water and reliably immersed, and the hot water can be evenly permeated into the feathers of each part, so that the soaking operation can be carried out effectively.
