Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable construction of a slope frame with forms for easy transportation or the like, by bending a waterproof plate unit along previously set ruled lines to form the form member of a hollow rectangular cross section, and by injecting concrete into the form member. CONSTITUTION:In the longitudinal direction of the waterproof plate unit 1 of plastics, corrugated cardboard, or the like, ruled lines 2 for bending are set by a press or the like, and the holes 3 of given dimension are bored through one surface at least. At the site of constructing a slope frame, the plate unit 1 is bent along the ruled lines 2 to form a doubled-wall on one surface, thus creating the form member of a hollow rectangular cross section. Then, after the mold member is adequately put together with the face of slope to be set, concrete is injected through the holes 3 to construct the slope frame. As a result, the transportation cost of the form member is reduced, and the problem of storage is settled.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) If the product is made of concrete, it is heavy and bulky, so it requires a large area for storage in a warehouse, etc., and transportation costs for bringing it to the site are also high. . In addition, since assembly on a slope requires a lot of labor, after assembling and installing lightweight formwork on the slope, fluids such as mortar and concrete are injected into the hollow part of the Mm method frame. Although there are methods for forming such materials, the current state of the art is that the capacity of the formwork materials is limited, and the problem of storage and transportation costs have not been reduced. Furthermore, in this method, when the cross-sectional shape is increased, there is a problem in that the center portion of the beam sags due to the amount M of the fluid.

As a result of various studies on new methods that can solve the problems of the conventional legal frame materials used in the construction of legal frames, the present inventor provided a water-resistant plate with crease lines for bending using a press or the like. Holes of a certain size are arranged in parallel on at least one side separated by crease lines for bending, and the plate is bent along the crease lines to form a formwork material having through holes with hollow rectangular end faces. We came to the conclusion that the above problems could be solved by doing so, and arrived at the present invention.

If there are reinforcing bars, formwork material is formed to wrap around the reinforcing bars and inserted into the joints for connection. Once this assembly is complete, pour fluid mortar or concrete from the upper part of the formwork to construct the legal framework.
Vegetation work is constructed inside the legal frame, and the legal frame construction method is completed and maintained.

Gravimetric frames such as secondary concrete products have the function of pressing down on the ground due to their weight, but the frame constructed according to the present invention is made by bending a lightweight water-resistant plate and has a through hole with a hollow rectangular end face. After assembling and installing the formwork on a slope, fluid is pumped up and injected into the hollow part from an appropriate location on the top, dramatically improving work efficiency, and after injection, the frame becomes M-weight. As a result, it has the same function as a heavy frame to hold down the ground, and the law frame no longer lifts up due to frost pillars or frost heaving, which reduces the soil retaining function of the law frame. Furthermore, if the present invention is carried out, the excess moisture in the mixing water of the fluid is quickly squeezed out of the formwork by the injection pressure through the holes provided in the surface of the formwork material, and the water pressure applied to the formwork material is reduced. The weight of the formwork can be reduced by thinning the wall thickness, and the weight-bearing part is doubled, which increases the strength of the formwork and eliminates the problem of the central part of the beam sagging. In addition, excess water from the mixing of the fluid is squeezed out through the holes, reducing the water/cement ratio, which speeds up the curing time, resulting in a high-density, high-strength, integrated frame body, which also allows for arranging. Therefore, there is no longer any chance of the joint breaking and collapsing.

Furthermore, the present invention allows mold materials to be formed by easily assembling water-resistant plates such as plastic or cardboard having a certain thickness and length on-site, thereby eliminating the need for storage space as in the past. This brings about various effects such as a significant reduction in transportation costs.
