Claims (1)
- ステツプ電圧を発生するステツプ電圧発生器と
、そのステツプ電圧を印加した被測定インダクタ
ンスに流れる電流値を検出し、その電流値を電圧
値に変換するＩ―Ｖ変換器、その電圧値を示すア
ナログ値をデジタル値に変換するＡ―Ｄ変換器と
、過渡状態における上記Ａ―Ｄ変換器のサンプリ
ング時点と上記ステツプ電圧発生との時間関係を
設定するタイマーと、取り込んだデジタル値から
インダクタンスの値を算出する演算器とを備える
ことを特徴とするインダクタンス測定装置。
