- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 透明基板上に形成されるくし歯形透明電極と、
このくし歯形透明電極を覆う絶縁保護膜とからな
り、自動車のウインドガラスに設けられて使用さ
れるオートデフオツガ用結露センサであつて、 前記絶縁保護膜は取り付けられるウインドガラ
スと略同質のガラス材料からなることを特徴とす
る高性能結露センサ。
