本発明は貫流水車に係り、特に、ガイドベーン側面シー

流れを乱し、特に、軽負荷運転時効率を著しく低下させ
る事が実験により確認されている。特に、第3図に示す
ようにガイドベー/頭部側面αからの漏れ流水は、ガイ
ドベーンの開状態で、ランナ6へ至る流れβに影響を与
えパーシャル側効率を著しく低下させる。従って、この
シールギャップからの漏水を無くす事が軽負荷運転時効

ベーン3と一体となって、はめ会い凹部の内部を摺動す
るため、ガイドベーン3の側面と円型つば4とが交わる
範囲で、ガイドベーン側面のシールギャップは、存在し

。特に、第3図に示すように、ガイドベーン3の開状態
で、従来ガイドベーン頭部寄り側面3人からの漏れ流水
αがガイドベーン頭部がらランナへ至る流れβによシ著
しく影響されていたが本発明は、円型つば4により、ガ
イドベーン頭部3Aを完全におおう事によって、ガイド
ベーン頭部側面からの漏れ流水を完全に阻止する事を可
