圧力作用室に給排されるエア圧力によつて主弁を
駆動及び復帰させるようにしたものにおいて、上
記両圧力作用室を、駆動側圧力作用室から復帰側
圧力作用室へのエアの流通を許容するチエツク弁
を介して互いに接続すると共に、メインエアとは
別の信号エアを供給するための信号ポートに接続
し、主弁の駆動側圧力作用室における受圧面積を
復帰側圧力作用室における受圧面積よりも大きく
設定したことを特徴とするエアオペレートバルブ
