【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 無接点式点火装置により点火される2輪車用内
燃機関を安全のために停止させる内燃機関停止装
置において、 前記点火装置の構成要素の内点火動作に備えて
両端に電圧を生じる要素に対して並列に設けられ
て導通した際に該要素を短絡することにより点火
動作を阻止する第1及び第2の点火動作阻止用サ
イリスタと、 前記第1及び第2の点火動作阻止用サイリスタ
のアノード側から両サイリスタにそれぞれ点弧信
号を供給する第1及び第2の点弧信号供給回路と
、 前記第1の点火動作素子用サイリスタのカソー
ド側に該第1の点火動作阻止用サイリスタに対し
て直列に挿入された電流制限素子と、 前記第2の点火動作阻止用サイリスタのゲート
カソード間に並列に接続され、前記電流制限素子
の両端の電圧でトリガされて導通するように制御
端子が前記電流制限素子の一端に接続された点弧
信号側路用スイツチと、 2輪車のサイドスタンドが下りている時に開き
該サイドスタンドが上つている時に閉じるように
設けられるとともに前記第1の点火動作阻止用サ
イリスタのゲートカソード間及び第2の点火動作
阻止用サイリスタのゲートカソード間に対して並
列に接続されて、閉じた際に前記両点火動作阻止
用サイリスタへの点弧信号の供給を阻止するスタ
ンド位置検出スイツチと、 前記2輪車の変速機の状態を検出して該変速機
がニユートラル位置にあるときに閉じニユートラ
ル位置以外の位置にある時に開しように設けられ
るとともに前記第1の点火動作阻止用サイリスタ
のゲートカソード間及び第2の点火動作阻止用サ
イリスタのゲートカソード間に対して並列に接続
されて、閉じた際に前記両点火動作阻止用サイリ
スタへの点弧信号の供給を阻止するニユートラル
位置検出スイツチとを具備したことを特徴とする
