Claims (1)
源からの赤外線が通過するサンプルセルと、この
サンプルセルを通過した赤外線が与えられ、水晶
板を用いた窓によつて二つに分割されたセル部分
に標準ガスが封入され、前記窓のうち前記赤外線
が透過しない部分に変位―電気量変換素子を設け
た検出器とを具備し、前記検出器の二つのセル部
分における透過赤外線の吸収のアンバランスによ
る圧力差に基づき前記窓を変位させ、これを前記
変位―電気量変換素子によつて検出し、前記サン
プルガス濃度に応じた電気信号出力を得るように
