  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 圧力センサ及びこの圧力センサからの検出出
    力の処理回路等を一体化して成る半導体圧力セン
    サにおいて、前記圧力センサによる検出圧力が一
    定の上限値を越えたことを検出して異常信号を出
    力する異常圧力検出回路と、この異常圧力検出回
    路から異常信号が出力されたときに点灯される発
    光素子とを一体に組み込んだことを特徴とする半
    導体圧力センサ。 ２ 異常圧力検出回路は、圧力センサによる検出
    圧力が一定の上限値を越えたことに基づいて異常
    信号を出力し、また、前記検出圧力が一定の上限
    値を割つた時に動作開始するタイマ回路を有し、
    少なくとも上記タイマ回路の動作期間中引続き異
    常信号を出力するように構成されていることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の
    半導体圧力センサ。
