振動板を固定支持し、この振動板の上面に圧電セ
ラミツクを接着する一方、前記センサハウジング
に嵌合される絶縁材からなるコネクタユニツトに
ターミナルを固定し、このターミナルの一端に電
気的に接続されるブラシを設け、このブラシの先
端が前記圧電セラミツクの上面に弾性接触される
ことを特徴とするノツクセンサ。 A diaphragm is fixedly supported on a protrusion formed in the center of the sensor housing, and a piezoelectric ceramic is bonded to the top surface of the diaphragm, while a terminal is fixed to a connector unit made of an insulating material that is fitted into the sensor housing.
