本考案は内燃機関のブリーザ装置の改善に関す

が吸気カム、nがブリーザ装置で、同ブリーザ装
置nが外板n1と同外板n1に穿設した小孔n2と同小
孔n2に対向するように上記外板n1の内面にリベツ
ト等により装着した弾性材製チエツクバルブn3及
び支え板n4と上記外板n1内の空気室n5と上記外板
n1に穿設した小孔n6と、上記外板n1と空気室n5を
形成しタペツト室kの開口部を被覆するカバーn7
とにより構成されている。またoが上記空気室n5
に開口したパイプ、pが同パイプoとエアクリー
ナ(図示せず)とを接続するホース、qが前記ク
ランク室eと前記タペツト室kとを連通する連通
孔、rがパツキン、sが固定ボルトで、油を含ん
だブローバイガスがクランク室eの圧力変動によ
りクランク室eから連通孔q→タペツト室kを経
てエアクリーナへ排出されるのを防止するため
に、油とガスがブリーザ装置nにより分離された
のち、ガスがエアクリーナへ送られる一方、油が
タペツト室kへ戻されるように、即ち、クランク
室eの内圧が正圧のときに、油を含んだガスがク
ランク室eから連通孔q→タペツト室k→外板n1
の小孔n2、チエツクバルブn3を経て空気室n5へ入
り、この間チエツクバルブn3に衝突して、油とガ
スに分離され、油を分離したガスがパイプo→ホ
ースpを経てエアクリーナへ送られる一方、ガス
から分離された油が外板n1の小孔n6からタペツト
室kへクランク室eの内圧が負圧のときに戻され
るようになつている。

しないようにカバーn7の板厚を厚くしてカバーn7
の剛性を高くしておく必要があつた。

にかしめ付けて同カバー、パツキン及び外板を一
体に形成し、同カバー、パツキン及び外板を貫通
するボルトを介してクランクケースに締付固定し
て内燃機関のブリーザ装置を構成したものであ
る。

め、加工工数の低減をはかることができると共に
外板とカバーをパツキンを挾んでかしめ付けし、
一体化しているためカバーの板厚を薄くしても全
体として締付固定時の変形を防止するのに充分な
剛性を確保することができるので、大幅なコスト
ダウンをはかることができる。
