かも、前記相手部材に対し隙間はめにすると共に
前記内輪端面と対向する平坦面を有する間座を介
して保持され、かつ該内輪は軸端側より締付けら
れていることを特徴とするセラミツク軸受の固定
装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のセラ
ミツク軸受の固定装置において、間座の線膨張係
数が相手部材の線膨張係数より大きい材料からな
