Claims (1)
- 圧力流体が導入される圧力室を形成したシリン
ダ内にピストンロツドを摺動可能に配設するとと
もに、該ピストンロツドの外周面にピストンを設
け、前記圧力室に導入された圧力流体によつて前
記ピストンロツドをピストンを介して駆動するよ
うにした出力発生装置において、前記圧力室の壁
面とピストンとの当接面に前記圧力室と連通する
凹溝を形成したことを特徴とする出力発生装置。
