Traditionally, small decorative edges were mass-produced in an automated process! ! However, the large rims were treated as semi-custom-made items and were manufactured as appropriate using a fi-mechanized process that included manual labor. For this reason, large decorative edges and small decorative edges are manufactured in completely different factories, and the raw materials used as raw materials must be supplied to their respective factories and stocked separately, which reduces productivity. There were problems in terms of equipment space, etc.

In the method for manufacturing decorative edges of the present invention, a large decorative edge manufacturing line A and a small decorative edge manufacturing line B are installed at the rear of the stock part 2 of the original plate 1.
In the large decorative edge production line A, the large decorative edge 4a is manufactured from the original plate 1 as it is, and in the small decorative edge production line B, the original plate 1 is divided into narrow divided plates 5.
After cutting the small decorative edge 4b from the dividing plate 5! ! It is characterized by leaving behind a legacy. Therefore, since the large decorative edge ST manufacturing line B and the small decorative edge production line B are installed in parallel, the stock part 2 of the original board 1 can be shared.
This also makes it possible to reduce the number of workers involved and improve productivity. Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the back of the passage 8 is a stock section 2, in which wide original plates 1 are stacked. The original plate 1 is made of plywood or the like having a decorative layer of resin or the like on the surface. The rooms on both sides of the passage 8 are a large decorative edge manufacturing line A and a small decorative edge manufacturing line B, and each line A1
The original plate 1 can be manually supplied to B from the stock section 2. First, the small decorative edge production line B will be explained. A running saw 6 as shown in Fig. 2 is installed at the front of the small decorative edge production line B, and the original plate 1 brought into this is cut into a narrow width (product development) by the saw blade 6a of the running saw 6. The sheets are cut into divided plates 5 with a width of 10 mm and loaded onto the horizontal stack section 9. Furthermore, the dividing plate 5 has a small V cuffton-7 at the rear.
■ Cut and sew 7 V h as shown in Figure 3.
t) Vl on the surface of the saw blade 7a″ch as shown in Figure 7.
13 is drilled. After that, in the adhesive applicator 10 as shown in FIG. 4,
Adhesive is automatically applied from 0b to the V-groove 3 and part of the surface of the dividing plate 5, and sent to compression 8!12, where the wood 11 is superimposed on the adhesive-applied position on the surface of the dividing plate 5. , compression $
The attached wood 11 is adhered to the dividing plate 5 by pressing with rollers 1 and 12 as shown in FIG. Next, in the planer 13, the dividing plate 5 is bent at the position of the groove 3, as shown in FIG. The small decorative edge 4b thus formed is cut into an appropriate length by an automatic double sizer 16 as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 after the material is passed through a dragon conveyor 14 and an automatic conveyor 15. The double sizer 16 is a movable chainsaw 16a
The length of the decorative edge 4b is adjusted by moving the
The cut is made at la+ between the fixed chainsaw 16b and the movable chainsaw 16m. The cut small decorative greenery 4b is sent to the loading machine 17 and shipped as appropriate. Next, the large decorative edge manufacturing line A will be explained. A large decorative edge manufacturing fin A is equipped with a large V-cut saw 7 and a manual double sizer 16. The supplied wide original plate 1 is used to directly cut grooves 3 using a large cut saw 7, and subsequent work such as gluing the adhesive Ma cloth and attaching the wood 11 and folding the V groove 3 is done as appropriate. This is done by hand and finally cut to the appropriate length using a double sizer 16.
5! The large decoration KK4A that was left behind will be shipped.

As described above, the present invention has a large decorative edge production line and a small decorative edge production line installed in parallel, so the original board stock section can be shared, workers can also be assigned multiple jobs, and large and small decorative edge production lines can be manufactured in parallel. This has the advantage that decorative edges can be manufactured alternately as appropriate, improving productivity.
