断面図、第２図は第１図の点火コイルの注型前に
リード線を接続する状態の要部の斜視図、第３図
は同上の注型する状態の要部の斜視図、第４図は
従来の点火コイルの断面図、第５図は第４図の点
火コイルの注型前にリード線を接続する状態を示
す断面図で、図中、１は接片、１ａはその一次端
子、１ｂはリード線接続部、２はブロツク、３は
１次コイル、３′はボビン、４は２次コイル、５
はケース、６は樹脂層、８と９は保持部を構成す
る棚片と挾圧片を示す。

二つの金属の接片を、１次端子が上面から、リー
ド線接続部が下部から夫々突出する様に合成樹脂
で成形したブロツク中に一体に固定し、上記ブロ
ツクの下部と、１次、２次両コイルを内部に収容
した合成樹脂のケース中に熱硬化性樹脂を注型し
、硬化させて上記ブロツクの下部を樹脂層で固定
すると共に前記両コイルを樹脂層中に埋設したモ
ールド点火コイルにおいて、 前記１次コイルのボビンの樹脂層中に埋まる上
部に前記ブロツクを起伏可能に保持する保持部を
