Claims (1)
- 所定の速度で走行する左右１対のクリツプチエ
ーン間に長尺の布帛を緊張状に保持して走行させ
るようにしたテンタを有し、このテンタの後半部
にテンタレール上方の洗浄水シヤワ装置とテンタ
レール下方のサクシヨンボツクスとからなる複数
組の洗浄装置を順に配設した布帛の連続洗浄装置
において、上記の洗浄水シヤワ装置用の給水ポン
プおよび上記のサクシヨンボツクス用のサクシヨ
ンポンプをそれぞれ駆動するためにインバータモ
ータを設け、かつ上記布帛の走行速度に比例した
パルス率のパルスを発生するパルス発振器と、こ
のパルス発振器の出力パルスを、あらかじめ布帛
の種類に応じて設定された比率に基いて上記布帛
の走行速度に逆比例するパルス率のパルスに変換
して出力する比率調整器と、この比率調整器の出
力パルスを上記インバータモータの制御信号に変
換してインバータモータを比率調整器の出力パル
スのパルス率に比例した速度で回転させるための
制御ユニツトとを設けたことを特徴とする布帛の
連続洗浄装置。
