Conventionally, when printing a semiconductor device (hereinafter referred to as a workpiece), ink supplied from an ink supply device is transferred to a stamp, the characters of the stamp are further transferred onto a transfer cylinder, and then the ink is supplied from the workpiece supply device through a chute. A generally known method is to perform transfer printing on a workpiece.

A conventional printing apparatus will be explained below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. In FIG. 3, numerals 15 and 16 are chute, which are attached to the main body 20 with a sufficient inclination angle for the workpiece 1 to fall. 14 is the workpiece 1 that has flowed through the chute 15 and 16.
This is a separate pin for separating the sheets one by one and sending them to the printing section, and is rotatably attached to the separate receiver 13. 12 is a separate shaft, 10 is a separate lever, and 9 is a separate cam, which moves synchronously via the marking shaft 7, belt 40, pulley 23, and first cam shaft 21, and gives reciprocating motion to the separate pin 14. Reference numeral 6 denotes a transfer cylinder, which is fixed to the transfer shaft 8 with a locking nut 29 as shown in FIG. The transfer shaft 8 is rotatably attached to the main body 20 via a bearing 27, and a transfer gear 25 is attached to the other end. Reference numeral 4 denotes a marking cylinder, on the surface of which a marking 2 with characters 3 is attached as shown in FIG. 2, and is fixed to a marking shaft 7 with a locking nut 28 as shown in FIG. The marking shaft 7 is rotatably attached to the main body 20 via a bearing 27, and a marking gear 26 is fixed to the other end. Here, the engraved gear 26
The ratio between the transfer gear 25 and the transfer gear 25 is an integral multiple. That is, generally, when the marking cylinder 4 rotates once, the transfer cylinder 6 rotates by one integer. Reference numeral 19 denotes a stop pin which moves in the vertical direction by a belt 24, second camshaft 22, pulley 23, and stop cam 18. The character 3 transferred onto the surface of the cylinder 6 moves up and down at the same timing so that it comes to the correct position.

The work 1 supplied from the work supply device slides within the chute 15, 16, is separated one by one by the separate pin 14, and reaches the printing section where it is printed. The problem here is the alignment of the markings.

As shown in Figure 1, the mark text is work 1.
It is necessary to perform transfer printing on a predetermined position. That is, alignment in the X and Y directions is required. Due to the structure of the printing press, the timing at which the work 1 flows is constant, and since it slides within the chute 15, 16, the work 1 itself is also constant in the lateral direction (Y direction). In conventional printing devices, this alignment was performed on the marking cylinder. That is, positioning in the Y direction has relied on changing the attachment position of the stamp 2 to the stamp cylinder 4 (generally by pasting with double-sided tape or the like). In addition, for positioning in the X direction, a method was adopted in which the locking nut 28 shown in Fig. 4 was loosened, and the attachment of the marking cylinder 4 to the marking shaft 7 was shifted in the rotational direction to adjust the timing with the workpiece 1. .

This positioning is difficult to achieve at once and must be repeated several times, making it difficult to perform even for beginners and even experienced workers who want to do it quickly. The disadvantage was that there were variations in the results. In addition, this alignment needs to be performed every time the mark content on the workpiece is changed, which takes a lot of time.
This greatly hindered productivity improvement. Furthermore, the quality was not constant, and the mark accuracy was also not constant.

この考案は上記の点に鑑みてなされたもので、

This idea was made in view of the above points,
The purpose is to provide a printing device that allows easy alignment and has good mark accuracy.

An embodiment of this invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 5 to 8. In FIG. 5, 2a is a stamp according to this invention, which has a horizontal inscription 30 and a vertical inscription 31 in the center of the character 3. 39 is a marking cylinder having horizontal markings 32 and vertical markings 33. At this time, the horizontal markings 32 on the marking cylinder 39 are arranged so that when the marking cylinder 39 is set in the machine, the characters are at a predetermined position on the workpiece in the Y direction. In this state, the stamp 2a is attached to the stamp cylinder 39 by aligning the respective marking lines. In FIG. 7, a positioning tool 35 has a marking 37 on a part thereof, and is fixed to the marking shaft 7 with a set screw 36. Here, the marking 37 of the positioning tool 35 is set in advance so as to match the timing of the workpiece in the X direction, and is fixed to the marking shaft 7. Therefore, the marking lines 2a attached to the marking cylinder 39 are aligned with the marking lines 37 of the positioning tool 35, and the markings 2a are fixed to the marking shaft 7. In this way, the alignment of the markings on the workpiece 1 is completed. That is, the position in the Y direction can be adjusted using horizontal marking lines, and the positioning in the X direction can be performed using vertical marking lines. According to this method, once the positioning tool 35 is set in advance, there is no need to set it each time. The operator only has to attach the markings according to each marking line. This means that anyone can easily perform alignment in a short time, and also means that anyone can print in the same position.
