Claims (1)

動レール側に枢支された可動レールと平行な操作
軸に、前記係合孔のいずれかに選択的に係脱し得
るロツク爪を固着するとともに、前記座席の背も
たれ部を前傾させたときに前記ロツク爪の一部と
係合して、ロツク爪を係合孔から離脱させる方向
に回動するように、前記背もたれ部と連係された
保留部材を枢嵌し、前記ロツク爪を係合孔に係合
する方向に付勢するばねを、可動レールと操作軸
又はロツク爪との間に設け、かつ前記ロツクプレ
ートにおけるメモリー部の上方に、該メモリー部
と交差するように配設した係止レバーの基部を前
記可動レール側に、上下方向に揺動自在で、かつ
先端部を下方に向けて付勢させて枢着することに
より、該係止レバーの先端が、保留部材に形成さ
れた係合部に当接し得る係止位置に位置している
ときは、保留部材が、前記ロツク爪を係合孔から
完全に離脱させる保留位置に拘束され、かつ係止
レバーの先端が前記保留部材の係合部より上方に
外れた不作動位置に位置しているときは、前記保
留部材の保留位置への拘束が解除されるようにし
