Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve overload labor due to man power and provide rapid easy operations by converting the front, back, forward and backward of one-side printed blanks to regulate the position thereof while aligning the forward, backward, left and right end edges of the blanks on the way of transfer for printing the back of said blank. CONSTITUTION:One side printed blanks 3' are mounted on an overturning transfer wheel 11 to be sandwiched between both forks 13, 15 of an overturning board 12. Then, a base board 19 is inclined about 45 deg. relative to the horizontal to hold the overturning board 12 and arrange the front edges of blanks along the surface of said board 12. Further, said board 19 is subjected to half revolution to bring a blank side edge arranging rod 14 to the underside and the white back to the upper surface. After such upside-down operation, a turntable 23 is turned horizontally so that the blank coincides with the heaven and earth of one-sided print. Next, in the set position of a blank supply section 10 is finely adjusted the positional relationship between blank supply and stack by a set roll conveyer 28 to complete the transfer process. Thus, overload labor due to man power is improved to carry out rapidly, accurately easily the operations.

Conventionally, even though printing machines themselves have been automated, the current situation is that the work of loading printing paper is still handled manually. This work is mainly occupied by reversing work and loading processing work, and as the speed of printing presses increases,
Handling paper in double, four-hole, and Kikuzen formats each weighs 10 tons per day, making it hard work. In order to alleviate such conditions, individual work processing devices have been proposed. In the inversion work, the paper is turned over in a vertical upright state or in a horizontal reference state, and in some cases, it is oscillated in a horizontal reference state. Some machines also serve as paper handling by blowing air, but the weight of the paper is applied properly, damaging not only the paper but also the print image, making it uneven, etc.
Moreover, there is a possibility that paper separation may become worse due to the weight of the paper. In addition, the loading process is normally carried out by driving a fork truck on-board, but it is difficult to accurately and easily move the stack of paper back and forth and left and right to match the paper feed section of the printing machine. It is necessary to transfer the paper to a special vehicle for position adjustment that has alignment rulers and side edge alignment rulers, and the loading status of the paper must be checked each time.

Therefore, the present invention provides a reversal transfer section and a reversing transition section when feeding the stacked sheets back to the paper feed section of the printing press in order to print on the blank side of the back side of the single-sided printed sheets stacked in the wandering section of the printing press. By connecting the floor loading moving unit near the paper feed unit of the printing machine, the front and back edges and left and right edges of the stacked single-sided printed paper are aligned, the front and back sides of the paper are changed, and the paper is used to align the top and bottom of both sides of the printing. By changing the front and back of the paper and adjusting the position of the stacked paper in order to match it with the paper feed section, we have adopted a process in the conveyance flow to dramatically improve manual overvoltage labor. An object of the present invention is to provide a transportation method and equipment that can quickly, accurately, and easily carry out the following steps.

In the present invention, in the reversal transition section, the printing paper is pinched with appropriate pressure by both the upper and lower forks, tilted at 45 degrees, and then rotated through 180 degrees. In this way, while maintaining the optimal balance of the center of gravity for the weight of the paper, it is possible to reverse the paper in a narrow space by remote control on the vehicle body, and to keep the paper well aligned to the next floor loading transfer section. Transfer can be made smoothly.

Symbol A is single-sided printed paper 3 loaded on the paper output section of the printing machine.
This is a transition process in which the vehicle is placed on the reversing vehicle 11, and is indicated by a bag arrow. In the transition process A, the single-sided printed paper 3'' is transferred to the trolley 8.
Once loaded onto the paper, it is carried by the trolley 8 to the vicinity of the paper feed section 10 of the printing press 11, and then transferred to the reversing plate 1 of the reversing transfer vehicle 11.
The pallet 6 is attached to the lower fork 13 that can be moved up and down provided in 2.
The paper bundles are stacked piecewise with the printing screen facing upward through the angle, along side edge aligning rods 14 fixed to the side of the reversing board, with the front edges of the sheets pushed inward. During this work, the above-mentioned reversing transfer vehicle may be used instead of a trolley to immediately transfer the paper, but there is a need to place a suitable vehicle between the paper discharge section and the paper feed section of the printing machine for the purpose of security. It is necessary to provide sufficient space, and if paper is handled on the transfer vehicle, there is a risk of damaging the important printing surface and paper due to the weight of the paper itself. It is more effective to move the paper bundle together with the reversing transfer wheel at the same time, as appropriate pressure relief and appropriate space formation for accelerating drying can be achieved at the same time, for paper handling.
