PURPOSE:To enable an outdoor unit for an air conditioner to be installed without requiring any veranda at a building wall surface or the like and to enable a service of a major equipment to be performed from inside a room by a method wherein an indoor unit is connected with a piping and air suction and discharging for performing a heat exchanging operation are carried out from three surfaces and a compressor, a control box or other parts requiring a service are installed at the other surface.
