DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (a) Technical Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a dyeing method, and in particular, dyeing a specific fabric by Yuzen dyeing (b) As is well known in the art, Conventionally, Yuzen dyeing techniques and tie-dyeing techniques have been known as special techniques for dyeing textile fabrics. Each of these dyeing techniques has been passed down individually for a long time and contributes to the provision of handmade dyed textiles rich in decoration.

In general, Yuzen dyeing is a pattern dyeing method that uses glutinous rice as the main ingredient and uses a resist dyeing method. The dye is fixed using a technique that is then washed with water to remove the glue. On the other hand, in the tie-dyeing method, the fabric is partially rolled up or wrapped tightly with thread, cord, or other material, resist-dyed, and dyed in a dye solution in the same way as dyed fabrics, dyed, and then squeezed. It is made by removing the threads and washing them with water. In the past, these Yuzen dyeing techniques and tie-dyeing techniques were simply applied to fabrics as their own unique dyeing techniques, and no attempt was made to apply the two-branch method to a specific fabric. It wasn't. The first reason is that both were based on their own traditions and unique techniques. The second reason is that in the two processing steps, the Yuzen dyeing process and the tie-dyeing process, the dyed area formed by the former process is photographed during the latter process.
This is due to the fact that the advantages of the former treatment are canceled out, and an effective process for organically bonding them and an effective sizing agent have not been developed.

(C) Technical problems of the present invention Therefore, the present invention has developed an effective glue that can first apply Yuzen dyeing to a specific piece of fabric, and then apply tie-dyeing to it, and then performs image processing. The object of the present invention is to provide a dyeing method that organically combines the following.

(d) Technical Means of the Invention In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention specifically provides a dyeing method in which a white fabric is subjected to Yuzen dyeing treatment, and then tie-dyeing treatment, which involves hot water boiling treatment. A yuzen dyeing process in which a white fabric made of white fabric is patterned and dyed using colored starch mixed with a dye, and the dyed fabric is air-steamed to fix the glue and dye on the fabric; and a tie-dyeing process. If the dyed fabric is to be processed without coloring, the dyed fabric is discharge printed, or if the tie-dyed area is to be colored, that area of the dyed fabric is pre-dyed,
A tie-dye pattern is placed in relation to the tie-dyeing treatment area, the fabric is squeezed, discharge printing is performed only when the tie-dyeing treatment area is to be colored, the squeezed fabric is tie-dyed, and then the squeeze thread is tied. This is a dyeing method that includes Yuzen dyeing and tie-dyeing, which consists of a tie-dye process of removing and washing with water.

According to the dyeing method of the present invention, first, a white fabric is prepared in a state in which wrinkles and the like are removed by soaking in hot water. In the dyeing method of this invention, a prepared white fabric is first subjected to Yuzen dyeing treatment. The Yuzen dyeing process is carried out using colored paste, which is a mixture of paste and dye. The paste applied to the colored paste has been specially researched and developed in the dyeing method of the present invention, and is extremely effective and effective for organically combining the Yuzen dyeing process and the tie-dyeing process. It is something. The above glue is an oil-based glue whose main components (solid content) are petroleum wax, petroleum resin, and talc, which are dispersed and dissolved in a petroleum solvent (petroleum naphtha, etc.).The specific ingredients are as follows. Lubricating agent (digityl phthalate) 4% petroleum resin (hydrocarbon resin) ester gum 17% polyethylene wax, petroleum wax 30% inorganic (Merck)
19% Solvent (solvent naphtha, petroleum) 30% The fabric dyed as described above is air steamed to fix the glue and dye onto the fabric. The dry steaming may be performed for about 20 minutes at a temperature of about 120°C.

On the other hand, according to the dyeing method of the present invention, the Yuzen-dyed fabric is subjected to a tie-dyeing process. In this tie-dyeing process, different treatments are performed in advance after the Yuzen dyeing process, depending on whether the tie-dye area of the product to be finished is left undyed or the tie-dye area is colored.

That is, in the former case, the Yuzen-dyed fabric is subjected to a discharge printing process, and in the latter case, the Yuzen-dyed fabric is subjected to an under-dyeing process on the tie-dyed portion. The discharge printing process removes and corrects the part of the dye that protrudes from the pattern. Next, in any of the above cases, a mold is made using a mold hole for tie-dyeing, and the desired color is drawn.
For example, on the fourth day, a string holder is made based on techniques such as hat, eye, pie, or oke. After thread insertion, a discharge printing process is performed only when the above-mentioned tie-dyeing process area is colored.

Thereafter, in any of the above cases, dyeing is performed using a tie-dye technique, the threads are removed, and a washing process is performed. Dyeing based on the above-mentioned tie-dyeing technique is so-called tie-dyeing, and is carried out at a temperature of about 100'G. The above-mentioned dyeing can also be done by tub dyeing, if necessary. The washing with water washes off the glue that is fixed in the Yuzen dyeing process described above.

(f) Effects of the present invention The present invention provides a method for providing a Yuzen-dyed area using a Yuzen dyeing technique and a tie-dyeing area using a tie-dye technique on a single white fabric, either individually or overlapping each other. It can be finished as a dyed product by organically combining them. Therefore, this dyeing method can be said to be extremely effective in providing dyed products with a wide range of variations and shapes.
