プラインに接近させて誘電体共振器を配設して電
磁結合させ、前記マイクロストリツプラインの一
端に発振用トランジスタを接続したマイクロ波発
振器において、前記誘電体基板に孔を穿設し、こ
の孔に前記誘電体共振器をその軸方向の中間部が
前記マイクロストリツプラインと一致するように
挿入固定し、さらに前記誘電体共振器に接近した
マイクロストリツプラインに対応する部分の前記
誘電体基板裏に配設される裏面電極を削除したこ
