れた出力用ストリツプラインを備え、 前記出力用ストリツプラインは前記発振用スト
リツプラインとは電界結合するとともに、誘電体
共振器とは磁界結合し、かつその出力端からマイ
クロ波発振出力を取り出すように構成されたこと
