以下使用例に基き詳細に説明する。牙−図はドーナツ型
内局鋸刃に於てこの方法を適用したもので、この種の工
具に於て切刃の再研磨は大変厄介でスローウェイタイブ
(切刃部の使い捨て)にすると便利であるが、従来薄型
基板に切刃を固定する方法に於て構造が簡単でしかも充
分に機能する方法がなく、切刃はロー付けの方法で固定
されることが一般に行われていたため磨耗した刃の再研
磨に手間が掛り、コスト高を余儀なくされていたのであ
る。従って切刃の上下面を勾配に成形して基板に設けた
相似の勾配穴に木槌等で打込み固定する方法を用いた突
切バイト等が市販されているが、切削時の負荷による振
動や熱膨張の影響で脱離し機能的に充分でなく、一部の
需要家を除き、決して多用されていないのが現況である

うものであり牙−図に示すドーナツ型基板1の内局より
成形された切刃挿入穴3に切刃を挿入しスリット6の中
央に設けた勾配覚込タップ穴4に勾配ホローネジ5を挿
入締結することにより基板非可撓部12に対し基板可撓
部11は矢印イ方向に撓み切刃2を圧迫固定する。締結
時陀勾配ホローネジ5端面と基板面は同一平面になるか
、ネジ端面が基板面より少々引込み加減に勾配タップ穴
4、勾配ホローネジ5は加工されるもので、切削中勾配
ネジ5の端面はワークと干渉せず、しかも中空であるの
で成程度の弾性を有しているため、負荷振動を吸収し、
切刃の脱離や熱膨張による基板の歪の発生を防止する効
果を有している。尚勾配ホローネジの貫通穴は角型に成
形されているので、該ネジ締結、弛緩、の際、角型レン
