FIG. 1 shows a partially cutaway perspective view. The cleaning tank consists of a first tank 1, a second tank 2, and a third tank 3. The cleaning liquid or water is supplied through a pipe 4 connected to the first tank 1. One of the four peripheral walls of the first tank 1 is lower in height than the other three, and the liquid overflows this outflow wall 5 and enters the second tank. The bottom of one of the four walls constituting the second tank 2 is not connected to the bottom of the cleaning tank,
The liquid enters the third tank 3 through the gap 7 of the partition wall 6. One wall of the third tank 3 is an outflow wall 8 that is lower in height than the outflow wall 5 of the first tank 1. The liquid overflows the outflow wall 8 of this third tank and is discharged through the discharge pipe 9. To wash articles using this washing tank, first, preliminary washing is performed in the third tank 3, and then main washing is performed in the first tank 1. This allows the cleaning liquid to be effectively used for two cleanings.

However, this type of conventional cleaning tank has the following drawbacks. As a result of main cleaning in the first tank 1,
Various dissolved and suspended substances are generated that separate from the items being cleaned. The dissolved substances are discharged together with the liquid through the second tank 2, but the suspended substances float on the surface layer of the liquid due to their small specific gravity and surface tension. These floating substances enter the second tank 2 together with the liquid, but do not move from there to the third tank 3. This is because the particles continue to float on the surface of the liquid in the second tank and do not descend immediately. However, over time, the momentum of the liquid increases,
As the liquid is absorbed, the specific gravity increases, or the surface tension changes, causing the liquid to drop and move to the third tank 3. For this reason, the liquid in the third tank 3 remains contaminated with these floating substances for a long time, and there is a possibility that preliminary cleaning may not be performed effectively.

本考案はこの欠点を解決するため、第2図の斜

In order to solve this drawback, the present invention forms a liquid overflow part, for example, a notch 10 on the side wall of the second tank, as shown in the perspective view of FIG. 2, and drains floating matter on the liquid surface of the second tank. It is something. At this time, the height Y of the bottom of the notch is as shown in FIG.
The height X of the outflow wall 8 is set to be approximately the same as the height X of the outflow wall 8, and the liquid level is adjusted.

Further features of the present invention are as follows. Even if the shape of the cut portion is a simple cut portion 10 as shown in FIG.
It can perform the function of discharging floating matter that has entered the air. That is, floating matter on the liquid surface 12 can be discharged from the bottom side 11 of the notch 10. However, when the amount of liquid supplied from the supply pipe 4 increases, the first tank 1
The balance with the speed at which the liquid moves from the second tank 2 to the third tank 3 through the gap 7 at the bottom of the partition wall 6 is lost, and the level of the liquid in the second tank 2 rises to the level 13 indicated by the dotted line in FIG. When it goes up, it reaches the same height as the upper end of the outflow wall 5 of the first tank 1. In this case, the suspended matter that once entered the second tank 2 returns to the first tank, resulting in contamination of the liquid in the first tank.

そこでこのようなことを防止するため、第3図

In order to prevent this, the shape of the notch 10 shown in FIG. 3 is designed to have two or more stages. The lower bottom part 11 is made into a wide cut part 10 that matches the height of the outflow wall of the third tank and has a second bottom part 14 with a widened cut part above it. In this way, even if the amount of liquid supplied to the first tank increases, the excess liquid will be discharged from the wide notch, and the level 15 of the second tank will be lower than the outflow wall 5 of the first tank.
It is suppressed at a lower position, and the liquid that has entered the second tank does not flow back into the first tank.

As described above, the present invention can discharge floating matter generated in the processing tank and also control the liquid level, which is effective in maintaining the cleanliness of the processing liquid and has excellent processing effects. It brings about.

In addition, in the above example, a notch was illustrated as the liquid overflowing part, but a hole for overflowing may be used instead, and the same effect as described above can be obtained.
