Claims (1)
- 軸周りに間隙を介して嵌挿される円筒状の平滑
フオイルを、略Ｕ字状の突起を複数備えた構成で
前記平滑フオイル外周面に沿うように配設される
円筒状の波形フオイルを介して円筒状ケース内に
支持してなるフオイル軸受装置において、前記ケ
ース及び波形フオイルにケース周りに形成された
加圧気体供給通路に連通する開口を形成すると共
に、前記平滑フオイルの前記開口に対面する位置
に前記間隙と連通する給気孔を形成し、該給気孔
と開口とをつなぐ筒状の弾性部材を設けたことを
特徴とするフオイル軸受装置。
