PURPOSE:To aim at smoothly opening and closing a door member and at surely closing the same with respect a vehicle body, by selectively energizing an electro magnet in accordance with the condition of the vehicle so that the attracting force between the electromagnet and a permanent magnet is suitably effected. CONSTITUTION:A door is closably journalled to an opening section 2 in a vehicle body 1. In the above-mentioned arrangement a roof flange 3 is formed in the upper part of the opening section, and a panel flange 4 is formed therein in the vicinity of the center section thereof. In this arrangement a water-tight seal 7 is attached to the roof flange 3, and an air-tight seal 8 is attached to the panel flange 4 through the intermediary of a trim 10. Further, an electromag net 11 is attached to the inner surface of front end section 9 of the air-tight seal 8, and a permanent magnet 13 is attached to a part of the door 5 against which the front end 9 abuts.
