る軸芯部に中心孔を穿設し且つ中間位置並びに他
端部の外周面より中心孔に連通する半径方向孔を
穿設したシヤンク体の他端部を、前記刃体の中央
開口内に嵌挿して取着し、内周面に環状溝を形成
し且つ外周面より環状溝に連通する半径方向給水
孔を穿設した環状体を、シヤンタ体中間位置の半
径方向孔部周囲に回動自在に装着したことを特徴
